Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not eligible. However, at Digital Farm Designs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter an issue with a digital download, please contact us, and we will make every effort to resolve it to your satisfaction. If no other solution is found, a refund may be considered.
Print-on-Demand Items: Since POD items are custom-made, cancellations are only eligible for a refund if requested before production begins.
Return Policy for Specific Situations:
1) Quality Issues: If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is damaged during shipping, a replacement or refund will be issued upon confirmation of the defect/damage. This must be reported within 30 days of delivery and supported by clear photographic evidence. Once verified, the item will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost, or a refund will be provided.
2) Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an incorrect item, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or a refund will be issued.
3) Shipping Delays: Significant shipping delays may qualify for compensation, depending on the circumstances.
4) Lost Packages: If the courier confirms the package is lost and it was shipped with tracking, a replacement or refund will be issued.
